What are the different offers or packages?

With the Plastics Library, you can choose from five different packages. From the mini solution that teaches the basics, to topic-specific plastics knowledge. Choose the package that suits you best.

Which packages are available in the Online Library?

  1. BASICS PACKAGE: With general basics about plastics technology
  2. INJECTION MOLDING Package: covers injection molding and injection molds, from basic to advanced
  3. EXTRUSION Package: covers single- and twin-screw extrusion and extrusion dies, from basic to advanced
  4. COMPOSITES Package: covers fibers and fiber-reinforced plastic materials, from basic to advanced
  5. DESIGN AND 3D-PRINTING Package: covers part and product design and additive manufacturing, from basic to advanced

Where can I find an overview of all content?

You can find an overview of all contents under the menu item "That's In It". Here you can see the individual packages and select your desired package in the drop-down menu. The titles that belong to the respective package are active and clickable.

What happens to a book when a new edition is published?

As soon as a new edition of a work is available, the new edition is added to the online library. The old edition is not lost, but can be found in the archive of the work. If you have added annotations, markups, etc., in the old edition, they will not be lost, but will still be available with the old edition. However, they will not be transferred to the new edition.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

If you like the free 30-day trial, you don’t need to do anything else. Your paid subscription will begin automatically. What payment methods are offered?

You can conveniently pay by invoice. The price depends on your chosen package. You will receive an invoice by mail to your specified address or billing address.

Can I switch between packages?

You cannot switch a subscription during its term to another package, but you can subscribe to another package simultaneously. If you wish to switch an annual subscription to another package at the end of the term of the first one, please inform us of by sending an e-mail to

How do I register for a Plastics Library package?

You can register at and try a package of your choice free for 30 days. Where can I find my login data?

Where can I find an instruction manual for using the Plastics Library?

Directly on the start interface of the Plastics Library you will find the link “Help & Contact” in the top right corner. Here you will find a document explaining all the functions and symbols on how to use the library.
